Usually when I’m in a rush or running late, I instantly run to my “go-to” outfit. Or as I’d like to call it my ‘uniform’. It’s usually a solid coloured tank, pants, and an open dress shirt with rolled-up sleeves. Depending on the occasion, it’s usually followed by flats, sneakers, or as this outfit shows, heels.
Having a ‘uniform’ of sorts is really easy. It allows for a basic “outfit formula” that can be either dressed down or dressed up. Add a clutch, heels, and accessories and it’s a cool dressier look. Roll up the sleeves, throw on sneakers, and it’s an outfit made for a day of errands. But the best part of having a default ‘uniform’ is that I don’t even need to think twice about how it’s going to look, and that folks, is laziness at its finest.
